Business partner in gold mine development wanted

Since 2012, we have been investing in gold mine development in Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya. Initially, we focused on helping clients establish their own gold mines. Several clients started their gold mines and continued to operate them independently. We also earned some money by providing services and acquired our own 7 hectares of gold mining land. We have relationships with hundreds of local partners and have negotiated favorable contracts in advance to process the ready-to-use gold-bearing ores. We are now looking for business partners and financing partners who would like to participate in the business personally. We can offer our partner shares in the company or simply enter into a partnership agreement.

In the partnership, we aim to establish several mineral processing centers. The mineral processing center receives gold-bearing rocks from local village miners, crushes the rocks, and recovers the gold. Our advantage is that we can recover 30% more gold in the first pass. The village miners pay us a percentage of the rocks, so we receive 20% from the village miner, but they receive more gold due to our efficient recovery. In addition, we can purchase the gold from the village miner at a 14% premium, and we are left with the residue containing 20% gold, which is recovered through a chemical process. Our process is mercury-free, unique, and supported by the government. We have permission to train the miners in environmentally friendly methods.

If we serve just one village miner, our potential is 50-100 grams per month.

We can serve multiple miners with the same machinery and equipment.

We have perfected the manufacturing of the necessary equipment. Our cost to manufacture the rock mill is only US$400 (in Europe only US$276 with a motor), and our cost to manufacture the final gold recovery equipment is only about US$600. This allows us to scale through expansion and the establishment of multiple mineral processing sites, as we manufacture the gold recovery equipment ourselves.

We hereby aim to secure multiple mineral processing sites by controlling the land (ownership) and offering the described business to the local village miners.

For the partnership, we request US$16,000, payable in two installments upon presentation of evidence of the business prepared by us.

The cost of the land is between US$2,000 and US$5,000. The cost of building structures and fences on such land is $2,000. Labor costs per person are approximately $150. Our daily fuel costs do not exceed $80. Our current capacity is 10 tons of hard rock per day, and we can expand at any time.

We will be the lead partner and are looking for a passive financing partner. On-site visits are possible at any time. Complete and transparent accounting will be provided for all transactions.
