Father and son are looking for an investor to set up a farm in Latvia

Father and son (who came from Germany) are looking for an investor (approx. €1,000,000) to buy a farm and then slowly build it up. We have a few arable farms in mind, but we can't get a loan approved by the Latvian bank; the banking situation here is a bit difficult at the moment...
Both have agricultural degrees and want to cultivate more agricultural land in the future. We currently cultivate approximately 100 hectares of arable land with reasonably good machinery.
