Investor wanted!!! Small to start with, but if satisfied, then larger. 20,000 euros

Hello, I've just started a business and now I need some capital.
It's an event decoration rental business, and I need something larger for it. I've already done some research, and yes, it would work.

I need: €20,000
I'm offering: 60% of each rental of these two items that will be offered until you receive your €20,000 payment. The term is approximately 12 to 18 months, and then 30% of each rental of these two items for a full year.
