Non-profit organization seeks premises in Bremen

Hello! We are tRAUMavereint e.V. and are currently in the process of being established (

). We offer counseling, therapy, and group services related to trauma, both in individual and group settings. We've been looking for a space for a while, and it's proving difficult. Since we're a non-profit organization, we can't afford much rent.

We can offer up to €9 per square meter + utilities. Rent reductions can be declared as donations, and these are tax-deductible.

We appreciate any suggestions.

We're looking for at least 120 to 180 square meters, at least three rooms, one of which is at least 40 square meters, easy access by public transport (not directly on a main road), and a location where our clients don't have to be afraid to step outside.

Optionally, we would like a balcony or terrace, a storage room, light-filled rooms, the ability to work with an open window (with peace and quiet outside), and a retreat or break room (e.g., in the kitchen).

The districts of Findorff, Schwachhausen, Neustadt, Viertel, Mitte, Vorderes Hastedt, Vorderes Walle, Vorderes Woltmershausen are possible.
