Investors sought for multi-family house in timber construction
A timber-framed apartment building is planned for Dresden, the Saxon capital.
Based on the size of the plot and the local conditions, four residential units of 80 square meters each are planned.
Planning and construction will be carried out by local companies experienced in timber construction.
This construction method is characterized by short construction times, allowing for a rapid return on investment. Separate accounts will be set up at a national bank for the funds to be deposited by investors.
The funds serve only as proof of equity to the financing bank and are not directly invested in the project.
